The Veterans of Foreign Wars is a nonprofit service organization comprised of eligible veterans and military service members which dates back to 1899.  The VFW has been instrumental in establishing the Veterans' Administration, development of the national cemetery system, and the fight for compensation for Agent Orange exposure and Gulf War Syndrome.  We have many programs and services that support veterans, service members, their families and communities worldwide.  Read more about our post here.
